			ABOUT TEAK Teak is a very hard densely grained wood with high oil content. The unique combination of these characteristics makes teak wood naturally resistant to moisture, rot, warping, shrinking , splintering, insects, fungus and termites, making it an ideal material for the production of outdoor furniture. KAYU TEAK KAYU TEAK is a company which specializes in outdoor furniture. Through our year long experienced in the furniture market, KAYU TEAK is committed to providing teakwood furniture of the highest teak. We accept only grade A plantation grown teak timber from government managed plantation in the production of the furniture. All of the teakwood used in our furniture is kiln dry prior to production. The products are designed using mortise and tenon joinery with locking wood dowel. Where hardware is necessary, it is of the highest quality brass or where extra strength is needed, we used stainless steel The furniture is then finished to a smooth “polished” finish using only fine abrasive paper. WARRANTY Our teak outdoor furniture line, KAYU TEAK™ is warranted to the original purchase against defect in workmanship and material for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. If any item covered under this warrants is defectives, a replacement parts, component or a new unit will be exchanged for the defective part(s). Defects are defined as any imperfection in workmanship and material which will impair the normal use of the products. This warrant does not cover damaged resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence or abuse, acts of nature, improper assembly or maintenance, normal weathering or wear which includes any small cracks in the end grain of wooden furniture
